Welcome to the Project Risk Management Institute

Please note that we are still under construction.  Check back often for updates!

In today’s world of project driven work, risk management has never been so important.  However as projects face increasing pressure to hit deadlines and budgets allow for fewer and fewer errors Project Risk Management is often one of the easiest aspects of a project to cut or ignore. Ironically, this in turn leads to a greater chance of disaster as projects continue to rocket past deadlines and exceed set budgets.

We have created this site to provide you with the resources you'll need to effectively manage project risk and deliver your project's on time.  We do this by covering both the theoretical and practical application of risk management, providing you opportunities to communicate with your peers, and provide you with tools, templates and samples of risk management plans, risk response plans, registers, analysis worksheets and more.
